Who doesn’t like getting massages?
I love them -
And so does my husband Craig.
But darn-it …
They can be so expensive, especially if used on a regular basis.
To save some cash -
Craig and I take turns with masseuse duties.
It’s really not that hard to do-
- Have the beneficiary lie face down - with his or her head turned comfortably to one side.
- Place a warm washcloth on any particular sore spots.
- Rub some massage oil, or body lotion in your hands.
- Depending on the pressure he or she wants, knead the muscles by using your thumbs, heels of your hands, forearms, or elbows … as you work up his or her spine. (Always avoid pressure on the spine.)
- Apply a little more pressure to any knotted muscles - and hold until you feel the knot release and melt away.
- Finish it with a gentle scalp massage.
Now you just saved a small fortune in cash …
Plus made your partner very, very, happy and relaxed!
Have a terrific day,

Yes! I absolutely love massages. It’s so relaxing. I think I’m due for one…

I think that it is really sweet and special that you and Craig do this for each other!
I was going to call and schedule a massage today, and never got to perhaps Friday. I have a membership at Massage Envy. Do you have one in your area? They have an introductory offer for a full hour for $40.00, then if you sign up for a membership it’s only $50.00 vs the regular rate of 65.00, which is still cheaper than some at 85.00.
I’ve been very pleased, have had 3 and need another. Need to get off the computer probably too, my shoulder…
